Stats slowly decrease when you ignore your pet. Checking in a few times per day keeps them healthy. Your pet only dies after long-term max hunger or if health reaches 0%.
⚠️ Warning: Pet dies if hunger stays at 100% for a long time, health reaches 0%, or after 1 in-game year!
